Appeal following collision involving 4x4 and motorcycle in St Austell

We are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage following a collision involving a motorcycle and 4x4 vehicle in St Austell.

At around 3.25pm on Friday 2 October officers were called to the collision on South Street, at the junction with Moorland Road.

Emergency services attended the scene and the motorcycle rider was taken to hospital having suffered multiple injuries.

The injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.

South Street was closed to allow for officers to conduct a thorough investigation.

Officers from the Roads Policing Team are appealing for any witnesses in the area that may have seen the collision, or have dash camera or CCTV footage to come forward via either 101 or our website quoting police reference 50260264705.
